Before you order

Common questions

Date of birth, time of birth and time zone. The time is the most sensitive value: even twenty minutes can shift profile and authority. If it is missing we calculate with 12 noon – type and centres then hold up, but profile and authority are only approximate. For "for two" we need the same details of the second person.

The Outline is ready right after your order. For the Elaboration allow about five working days. For the Encounter we agree on an appointment, usually within two weeks.

As a consumer you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. For the Outline it expires as soon as you expressly agree to immediate provision and we provide it – you confirm this when ordering. For Elaboration and Encounter it remains; if you request an early start you owe proportionate compensation should you withdraw.

Your birth data is held in your account and processed for the reading. Payment details are seen only by Stripe, never by us. What goes where in detail is set out in the privacy policy.

Then write to me. Human Design is a tool for self-reflection, not a diagnosis – if something is plainly off, we check together whether the birth time is right, and I rework it.
